I called to talk to your service department and the guy who helped was great. He knew exactly what I needed to do and in 20 minuted the problem was resolved. I then came out from Cleveland to pick up a new ATV for the wife. Her new Rancher is awesome and she jumps at the chance to go ride. I can not say enough about you guys. It was the best experience I have had at any dealership for a car or and ATV. Brian was great and knew a lot about not just the Honda models but others as well. He is the true meaning of an expert. Just wanted to thank you for the great experience and wanted to tell you how easy it was to deal with you. I had visited a couple dealerships and no one wanted tot alk to me and after looking around I noticed a lot of old inventory sitting on their showroom floors and I know why. Brian was great and had a vast knowledge of everything in the store. He actually convinced me to buy a smaller unit than I originally asked about and I could not be happier. He really had my best interest in mind and was very low pressure. I hope that I am able to get my friends and family to come out there because I know they will get the same great treatment I did. Thanks again for everything and I will have no issue driving to you rather than the store closer to me for this kind of great of service.
